With my husband and children, we moved to the lake in 1976. I was mostly a homemaker for the first 20 years of married life until a dear friend got me interested in becoming a real estate agent.
I later became interested in the real estate appraisal field so starting working toward that goal in 1993. Over the next 3 years I was with Missouri Property Appraisals in their Fulton, Jefferson City, and their newly opened lake office in Lake Ozark. In 1996 I went out on my own and am still doing appraisals as Arrow Appraisals.
I have recently come back into the sales side of real estate. My background as an appraiser I will contribute a well earned knowledge to this field. I will be able to work with buyers and sellers and give them a greater knowledge of value as they choose their next lake property.

Vicki began her real estate career in California where she was a consultant to real estate developers in Southern California and Arizona. Working with local jurisdictions she assisted in creating land plans and marketing plans that were approved in an environmentally sensitive arena.
As a consultant, she worked in assembling sales teams for master planned communities. Sales tools were created through advertising, value pricing and packaged amenities which resulted in increased revenue for the developer.
